This past Saturday, future homeowners and Options partners
and staff gathered at Knob Hill Park in Scarborough to fly kites, picnic, and
celebrate the start of construction at Danforth Village Estates.

Future homeowners were welcomed to the event by their soon-to-be
Councillor, Deputy Mayor Glenn de Baeremaeker, as well as heard speeches from
Options CEO Heather Tremain, and their Development Co-op Board: President
Christine Swiderski, Vice President Rita Monsma, Treasurer Ricardo Cummings,
and Secretary Diahann Mahon.

Following the formal address, food, kite-building, and out-side-of-the-fence
construction site tours ensued!
